TileofLuxury.com is introducing a Sandstones ( Limestones ) called: Apache Fire, Smoke Signal, Club Chair Leather, and very rare Coyote Hill with natural iron marks (view photos below). Limestone available in Tile cut, Flagstone, Building Rock, Patio Stone, Mini Flag (Chips). It is a limestone that can be used as flooring, wall, interior and exterior applications, backspashes, fireplaces, tub surrounds, mixed with terracotta tile, or even to rock your entire home. There are many different colors of sandstone and limestone available today, but none this color or colors. Sandstone Apache Fire Flagstone has a mixture of red, orange, yellow, pinks, mauves, whites, black and even quartz white streaks within it. Best of all, this stone was found here in the USA. Currently there is not any remaining red travertine in Mexico. Even so, this sandstone flagstone is very different from the old red travertine. Sandstone Samples available per request. These limestones come from our own quarry and are available in Flagstone, Building Rock, Tile Cut, Patio Stone, and Mini Flag (Chips). Terra cotta has been used throughout history for sculpture and pottery, as well as bricks and roof shingles. In ancient times, the first clay sculptures were dried (baked) in the sun after being formed. Later, they were placed in the ashes of open hearths to harden, and finally kilns were used, the same process we use in our factory today. Only after firing to high temperature would it be classed as a ceramic material strong enough to be used for the flooring.
